  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 ½ C. Milk

  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

  • 1 C. Flour

 

1. We generally premake the mixture at home and store it in a Nalgene bottle.

2. Cook until the bubbles that form on top begin to pop and the bottom of the crepe is golden brown. Then flip to cook the other side.

3. Top with butter, fruit of choice, whipped cream etc. Enjoy!
