  • 1 Chicken Breast

  • 2 pouches 90 second rice

  • 1 jar (approximately 2 cups) premade curry sauce.

  • 1-2 C. Fresh Spinach

 

1. Add a little oil to fry pan and cook chicken breast. When done put chicken to the side and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

2. Follow directions for 90 second rice. (cook rice in fry pan)

3. When the rice is tender add; sauce, chicken and spinach. Continue to cook until sauce is hot and spinach is wilted. Salt & pepper to taste and enjoy!

 

Pro tip: If using the Micro Table, place the stove in the middle of the table to avoid melting the plastic pegs.
