These delicious tacos have become a family favorite!
Skinned fish fillets
2-4 tbsp. butter
Adobo seasoning ( found in the latin foods section of the grocery store )
2-3 C. Pre-cut packaged cabbage for coleslaw
1/4 to 1/2 C. Mayo
Salt & pepper
1. Mix mayo, lime juice, just a little bit of adobo seasoning and some pepper into the cabbage to make slaw. Set aside.
2. Melt butter in fry pan. Add fish, adobo seasoning and a generous squeeze of lime juice. Cook until fish is flakey and the bones can be easily removed.
3. Push fish to one side of pan or remove and keep warm. Heat corn tortillas for about 15 seconds on each side.
4. Fill tortillas with; fish, coleslaw, and sliced avocado. Add some fresh lime juice and salt & pepper to taste. Enjoy!
