1. Use our bread dough recipe that fits the size of your bread pan. (This info is found in the baking section under: bread dough.) Or premade frozen dough from your grocery store.

2. Grease bread pan and put in the dough. Cover with a damp towels or some oiled plastic wrap. Place in a warm area until the dough almost doubles in size. (If you're using frozen dough this can take a couple of hours, depending on how frozen the dough still is.)

3. Place the bread pan in the billy pot oven and place your hottest coals on the top. (We use a pocket bellows to stoke the top coals, this will help to maintain the heat.). Bake for approximately 20-30 min. Steve says " When you can smell what you're baking then its almost done."  

4. The Bread is done when you tap the top and it sounds hollow.
