Description
4 oz. bags of fritos corn chips. One for each person you want to serve (little kids might be ok with the smaller snack size bag).
Shredded cheese of your choice (we like the mexican or fiesta blend varieties).
Canned black beans
Sour cream, salsa, guacamole, etc. for toppings
1. Drain beans and heat them over stove.
2. Add cheese to beans and let it melt.
3. Cut the frito bag open from the top corner to the bottom corner on one side.
4. Add the beans and top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole or anything you like on a taco. Enjoy!
