Steak and Eggs

Steak of your choice
2 Eggs per person
2-3 tablespoons Butter
Salt & Pepper
1. Add 1/2 of the butter to fry pan.
2. Add steak to pan. Salt & pepper to taste. (Cook steak on a high temperature to give it a nice sear.)
3. When steak is cooked to your liking, remove from pan and set aside to rest.
4. Add eggs to pan and cook to your liking. Salt & pepper to taste. (If the steak didn't leave behind much butter to cook the eggs in, add the remaining half to the pan before the eggs.) Enjoy!
Optional: Toasting an english muffin on the fry pan is a good addition to this meal.
